Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA in New York’s flagship boutique seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to co-lead with the Boutique Manager, driving sales, operations, and an exceptional brand experience. You will coach staff, manage daily routines, and ensure top-tier customer care in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury retail with 2+ years in supervision, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a passion for coffee and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced or luxury retail environments.
• Proven supervisory experience and people development.
• Passion for coffee, sustainability, and educating customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and teach the team, delivering the House of Hospitality.
• Drive sales and service performance through daily coaching and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop the store team and culture.
• Manage operations, inventory, scheduling, and company processes to optimize sales.
• Guide customers on coffee choices, offer tastings, and share sustainability practices.
• Plan events to engage new customers and build brand recognition.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across the boutique.
