Job summary
Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a proactive Boutique Operations Manager for our Nashville Green Hills boutique to oversee daily store functions, inventory, and safety standards. You will partner with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to guide the back-of-house team and support front-of-house operations.
You will lead a two-person back-of-house team, drive operations efficiency, and act as Manager on Duty as needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years in retail or customer service.
- Experience in operations or back-of-house preferred.
- Able to lead a small team and work open/close shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and inventory management in the boutique.
- Manage IT systems and support tickets.
- Lead store services including coffee roaster and tasting bar.
- Coordinate omni services like same-day delivery and in-store pickup.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
