Job summary

This role requires 4+ years in fast-paced or luxury retail, 3+ years of supervision, strong time management, and availability for open/close shifts, weekends, and travel as needed. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and sustainability; willingness to learn and share Nespresso culture.
• Open/close shifts, weekends, holidays; travel as required.
