Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Miami is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day non-selling functions of the Boutique within the leadership team. You will oversee payroll, POS, shipping/receiving, after sales, loss prevention, and facilities maintenance, while assisting in overall boutique operations.

The role requires coaching and supervising associates, managing inventory, and coordinating with central distribution to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing store operations including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving and facilities management.
• Ability to produce, complete and maintain records and workforce documentation.
• Ability to operate equipment and systems such as POS, inventory control, security, and MIS.
• Ability to develop and train the workforce and lead a team in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with Company policies and secure funds and property.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks and safety procedures.
• Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to corporate.
• Ensure facilities comply with safety codes and maintain security.
• Conduct cycle counts and coordinate with central distribution and inventory control.
