Job summary

Christian Dior Couture seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique, collaborating with Boutique Management on payroll, POS operations, shipping/receiving, after sales, loss prevention, and cost controls.

The role supports leadership in maintaining inventory accuracy, security, and efficient back-of-house processes while guiding associates and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience with strong operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move boxes/fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards, plus availability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with company policies, security, inventory, and records.
• Train and manage associates in operations tasks (POS, returns, alterations, safety).
• Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to maintain inventory integrity.
• Ensure store facilities meet safety codes and secure premises.
• Coordinate communication between store, central distribution, and inventory control.
• Produce operational reports and maintain back-of-house organization.
