Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking an Operations Manager for its United States boutique to lead day-to-day non-selling functions alongside Boutique Management. The role covers payroll, POS, shipping/receiving, after sales, loss prevention, and facilities maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of retail store management, strong leadership, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer service and strict inventory control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience with strong operations background.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, POS functions, shipping/receiving, after sales, loss prevention, and facilities maintenance.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks and procedures.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure security and compliance with safety codes and store policies.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and coordinate with central distribution and inventory control.
