Job summary

Christian Dior Couture Beverly Hills boutique is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day non-selling functions, overseeing payroll, POS, shipping and receiving, after sales, loss prevention, supply orders, cost control, facilities maintenance and supporting management of all boutique operations.

The role requires 5+ years of retail store management with a strong operations background, ability to supervise a team, manage inventory and budgets, and maintain safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management with an operations focus.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with company policies, security, inventory, sales records, and procedures.
• Train and coach associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures and safety.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure security and facilities compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and coordinate with central distribution.
• Produce operational reports and maintain back-of-house organization.
• Manage payroll processes, scheduling, and payroll budget adherence.
• Provide outstanding service and support to the store team and customers.
• Work with management to solve service, efficiency, and productivity issues.
