Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Supervisor to partner with Boutique and Operations leadership to manage day-to-day non-selling functions such as shipping/receiving, inventory control, loss prevention, POS, facilities maintenance and staff support.

You will train and coach associates, supervise opening/closing procedures, assist payroll scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail stock/operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving, inventory, loss prevention, POS and facilities maintenance.
• Train and coach associates in operations tasks and security procedures.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and store procedures.
• Assist in payroll scheduling and staff planning.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
