Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Beverly Hills seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique, including payroll, POS, shipping, loss prevention, and facilities maintenance. You'll train and supervise staff, manage inventory cycles, coordinate with central distribution, and ensure security and safety compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires 5+ years of retail ops leadership, flexibility for a full-time schedule including nights

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management with a strong operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move boxes/fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance of associates with company policies and security procedures.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store facilities meet safety codes and security standards.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
• Coordinate communication between store and central distribution.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
• Ensure back-of-house operations are properly set up.
• Lock and secure the store and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with payroll management and scheduling within budgets.
• Solve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
