Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Beverly Hills is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the non-selling functions of the boutique, including payroll, POS, shipping, after-sales, loss prevention, and facilities maintenance.

You will work with boutique management as part of the leadership team, ensuring inventory accuracy, security compliance, and efficient back-of-house operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management with an operations focus.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards including security and inventory controls.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks and POS procedures.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure back-of-house operations are properly set up and organized; secure store per procedures.
• Assist payroll management and scheduling within payroll budgets.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and operational efficiency.
