Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Honolulu seeks an Operations Manager to lead the boutique’s day-to-day non‑selling functions within the leadership team. You will supervise payroll, POS, shipping/receiving, after‑sales, loss prevention, supply orders, and facilities maintenance, aligning with corporate standards.

You’ll train and coach associates, ensure inventory accuracy, security, and cost control while delivering outstanding service to customers. 5+ years in retail management required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management with strong operations background.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand and move merchandise and fixtures as needed.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, POS procedures, shipping and receiving, and loss prevention.
• Train and manage associates in operations tasks and safety procedures.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, damages, RTVs and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure security and safety compliance of facilities.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with distribution and inventory control.
• Support opening/closing procedures and store security.
