Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Washington, DC seeks an Operations Manager to lead non-selling functions within the boutique. You will oversee payroll, POS operations, shipping/receiving, after sales, loss prevention, and inventory control as part of the leadership team.

You will train and coach associates, manage scheduling and payroll budgets, and ensure all safety, security, and cost controls are in place. This full-time role requires strong supervisory skills in a high-end retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, POS functions, shipping/receiving, after sales, loss prevention, supply orders, and controlling expenses.
• Facilities maintenance and assisting in management of boutique operations.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks (POS procedures, returns, safety, etc.).
• Coordinate communication between store, central distribution, and Corporate inventory control.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and ensure security procedures are followed.
