Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management with strong operations background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with Company policies, safekeeping of funds and inventory.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks (POS procedures, returns, alterations, safety).
• Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, RTVs to Corporate.
• Ensure security and safety compliance of facilities.
