Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day boutique operations, drive compliance, and lead a high-performing Operations team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 5 - 8 years of operations management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience in leading leaders and managing direct reports.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of Cartier policies; lead compliance.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory movements and stock control with loss prevention.
• Oversee daily financial paperwork and transactions to corporate teams.
• Lead Lean/5S storage organization in partnership with Regional Operations Manager.
• Oversee boutique audits and implement action plans.
• Maintain visual standards and boutique maintenance.
