The role requires 5–8 years in luxury retail operations, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of Excel; SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 5–8 years of operations management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience leading leaders and managing direct reports.
• Strong Excel and computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and administrative support.
• Lead operations team and ensure KPI achievement.
• Maintain compliance with Maison policies and procedures.
