Job summary

Cartier Dallas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to uphold Maison compliance and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury boutique. You will manage day-to-day processes, provide transactional support, and assist with inventory, shipments, and vendor coordination.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to work across teams, and a commitment to exceptional client service in a high-value environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/associate degree preferred with emphasis on operations or business.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills required.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of policies and procedures; drive compliance.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
• Oversee product movement, shipments, transfers, and stock quality control.
• Pack, ship, and receive high-value creations with care and accuracy.
• Monitor boutique sales and ensure paperwork is submitted timely.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth ops.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly inventory counts and annual inventory.
• Assist with audits and action plans with management.
• Participate in daily setup/breakdown for opening/closing shifts.
