Job summary

Cartier North America operates a Tysons boutique and seeks an Operations Coordinator to uphold compliance and drive operational excellence. You will handle day-to-day processes, provide administrative support for transactional activities, logistics, and inventory, and support policy implementation with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role demands strong analytical and organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and a collaborative mindset to work with management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends) and travel for trainings.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage boutique stock movements, shipments, transfers, and inventory.
• Monitor daily sales transactions and ensure paperwork is submitted accurately.
• Support transactional flows including ecommerce for smooth operations.
• Assist with boutique audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to maintain excellent client service.
