Job summary

Cartier North America in Soho invites applications for an Operations Coordinator to uphold policies, manage day-to-day boutique operations, and support logistics and inventory control. The role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure a flawless boutique experience.

The candidate will support transactional workflows, assist with audits, and help implement Lean/5S strategies while maintaining exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper understanding and execution of Soho policies and procedures within the boutique; champion compliance.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper movement of product in/out of boutique including shipments, transfers, consignments, and movement while maintaining quality control and preventing stock losses.
• Monitor financial aspects of boutique sales; ensure daily transactions and proper paperwork are submitted to respective corporate teams timely and accurately.
• Support other transactional flows (ecommerce, etc.) to ensure efficient business operations and seamless client experience.
• Coordinate inventory control processes to ensure a successful annual inventory.
• Assist with care service responsibilities and inventory reconciliation.
• Partner with management to implement and execute action plans for boutique audits.
