Job summary

Cartier North America at Hudson Yards is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance across day-to-day boutique activities. You will support transactions, logistics, and inventory while upholding Cartier standards and client service.

The role partners with boutique teams to optimize stock movements, opening/closing procedures, and audits. It requires strong communication, adaptability, and a client-focused mindset for a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper understanding and execution of Cartier policies and procedures within the boutique; champion compliance among the team.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Manage all aspects of product movement including shipments, transfers, consignments, and stock movements to prevent losses.
• Demonstrate careful handling of high-value creations and proper packing/shipping procedures.
• Monitor boutique financials and ensure daily transactions and paperwork are submitted timely.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for seamless client experience.
• Assist with inventory counts and annual inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with management to implement action plans and improve operations.
