Job summary

CHANEL Chicago is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to provide high-quality client service and multi-functional support in the boutique. The role involves assisting sales staff, helping with inventory and shipments, and supporting cash handling and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for CHANEL, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. In-store presence is required to open/close the boutique and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma is required.
• Able to lift 15 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associates and boutique team to maximize client-facing time.
• Support Operations by handling shipments, inventory counts, and ticketing.
