Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, ensuring SOP adherence and smooth functioning to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will work with Boutique Leaders, manage inventory, facilities, security, and staffing, and drive efficiency across the organization.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and foster a culture of inclusion, feedback, and excellence while handling budgeting and forecasted expenditures for the boutique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
• Lead and coach operational staff to deliver elevated client service and business results.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
