Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to oversee all boutique operations and standards. You will serve as the expert on SOPs, systems, and tools, partnering with the Operations Manager and boutique leaders to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail operations, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and the ability to lift 15 lbs. You will lead staff, manage scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule: late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Own boutique operations: inventory, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance, and expenses.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to improve efficiency.
• Lead operational staff, coach, and drive flawless delivery.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting expenditures for the boutique.
