Job summary

The Warbler Hotel in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to run the overnight Front Desk and perform nightly audits in preparation for its September 2026 opening. You will report to the Guest Service Supervisor and serve as Manager on Duty overnight.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in front desk, hospitality, or basic accounting. Weekend and holiday availability required; overnight independence is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits and complete daily reports, balanced to zero.
• Run the overnight Front Desk — check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest accounts.
• Serve as Manager on Duty overnight, working confidently and independently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with warmth and follow-through.
• Communicate clearly with the morning team for a seamless shift handoff.
