The Barnett Hotel in New Orleans is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to complete nightly financial reconciliations, generate end-of-day reports, and deliver outstanding guest service during overnight hours.

The ideal candidate will have front desk/night audit experience, proficiency with Opera Cloud, and strong attention to detail for accurate financial reporting while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience at front desk/night audit or accounting preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily night audit procedures balancing revenue and guest accounts.
• Run and verify daily financial reports and identify discrepancies.
• Greet and assist guests during overnight check-ins/check-outs and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and pass on information to morning staff.
