Job summary

The Warbler Hotel in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to run the overnight Front Desk and perform nightly audits in preparation for its September 2026 opening. You will report to the Guest Service Supervisor and serve as Manager on Duty overnight.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in front desk, hospitality, or basic accounting. Weekend and holiday availability required; overnight independence is essential.

The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans’ historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com. We’re hiring a part-time Night Auditor to run our overnight Front Desk and nightly audits ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor and serving as Manager on Duty overnight.

What You’ll Do

• Perform nightly audits and complete daily reports, balanced to zero
• Run the overnight Front Desk — check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest accounts
• Serve as Manager on Duty overnight, working confidently and independently
• Effectively handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with warmth and follow-through
• Communicate clearly with the morning team for a seamless shift handoff

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent, ideally with front desk, hospitality, or basic accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Comfortable working independently overnight; boutique or lifestyle hotel experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and composure under pressure
• Flexible part-time availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
