Waterford Hotel Group in New Orleans is seeking a vigilant Night Audit professional for the overnight desk. You will welcome guests, process and reconcile daily receipts, and prepare guest bills.

The role requires accuracy, discipline, and organizational skills to ensure financial integrity and smooth nightly operations. The position emphasizes self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to work independently during late hours.

Responsibilities

• Preforming guests check in and check outs.
• Respond to guests needs and requests.
• Securing payment, verifying, and adjusting the bills as needed.
• Handling accounting of money, receipts, guests accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure the companies funds are secure.
• Close out the day for both front desk and food and beverage computer systems.
• Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.
• Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.
