The Windsor Court in New Orleans is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The role focuses on guest registration, reservations, daily reporting, and balancing transactions, with a strong emphasis on security and accurate record keeping. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hotel experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of progressive hotel or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Mansioni

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
• Fulfill all Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Follow up to ensure nightly security walks and checks are completed.
• Maintain proper record keeping according to standards.
• Prepare daily bills and attach folio backups for accounting.
• Maintain radio contact with associates during shift.
• Understand security procedures and perform daily reports.
• Run morning reports and distribute the Daily Flash Report as needed.
• Distribute newspapers and oversee Express Check-Out delivery.
• Oversee nightly walk-throughs and ensure area cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
