Job summary

The Warbler Hotel in New Orleans, LA is hiring a Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, manage reservations, and run the Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening. Reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor, you’ll help ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in through departure.

You’ll work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, collaborating with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests with warmth and efficiency.
• Manage reservations, guest accounts, and PMS accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with follow-through.
• Build knowledge of the hotel, restaurant, bars, and surrounding neighborhood.
• Support housekeeping, engineering, and F&B to maintain a seamless guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage reservations, guest accounts, and property management system accuracy
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with follow-through
• Build real knowledge of the hotel, its restaurant and bars, and the surrounding neighborhood
• Support Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless

What You’ll Need
