Waymore's Guest House in East Nashville, operated by HEI Hotels & Resorts, seeks a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests and ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out. You will handle registrations, payments, and guest inquiries while upholding HEI standards in a lively boutique setting.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends. Experience in hospitality and barista work is a plus in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts; open availability strongly preferred.
• Calculator skills for math calculations at front desk.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to input information accurately into a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide information on hours and local attractions.
• Complete registration and input guest info; assign rooms and promote brand programs.
• Handle payments, post charges, and balance house accounts.
• Answer telephone promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns.
• Assist with front‑of‑house operations during peak periods.
