Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Hotel General Manager with 6+ years' experience overseeing full-service independent boutique hotels. You will lead front office, housekeeping, rooms, and food & beverage, acting as an ambassador of Internal Hospitality.

You will guide financial performance, service standards, and a culture of servant leadership while partnering with senior leaders to ensure safety, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience across the property.

• 6+ years of experience managing full-service hotels.
• Willingness to travel for training and conferences.
• Thrives in fast-paced boutique hotel environments.
