Qualifications

• Senior-level hotel management experience (6+ years) at full-service boutique hotels.
• Strong leadership and guest‑experience focus.
• Willingness to travel for training and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience and lead a positive team environment.
• Oversee food & beverage and service quality.
• Maintain standards across operations and procedures.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor expenditures.
• Lead recruitment and operations across FOH/BOH.
• Forecast financial trends and control costs.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on strategy.
• Lead health, safety, and cleanliness across the property.
• Oversee 2 F&B outlets.
