Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing full-service hotels.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences and engaging the local community.
• Ability to travel for training conferences, sales meetings, etc.
• Thrives in fast-paced, boutique hotel environments.
• Strong problem resolution skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set guest experience tone and lead a positive, respectful team environment.
• Oversee and maintain food and service quality.
• Assess and ensure consistent service standards across procedures.
• Prepare annual budget, monitor expenditures and variances.
• Drive strategic objectives across departments (FOH/BOH).
• Forecast trends to control labor and food/bev costs.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to sustain a positive work culture.
• Lead by example in health, safety, and cleanliness.
