Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead our flagship property with 6+ years of full-service boutique hotel experience and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and F&B while championing Internal Hospitality and community engagement.

As ambassador of IRHG, you’ll drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development. Travel for training and conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful managing full-service hotels
• Ability to travel for training conferences and sales meetings
• Thrive in fast-paced and boutique hotel environments
• Brand experience (Hilton, Marriott, and/or IHG) highly preferred
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and embrace our core values
• Strong problem resolution skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team environment
• Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality
• Assess, implement and manage service standards for consistency
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing a budget and analyzing variances
• Create strategic business objectives across recruitment, finance, legal, front office, housekeeping, and restaurant operations
• Forecast financial trends to control labor, costs and COGs
• Partner with Senior Leadership Team for a positive environment
• Lead by example for health, safety and cleanliness of the property
