The Indigo Road Hospitality Group seeks a Hotel General Manager with 6+ years of experience managing full-service boutique hotels. You will oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and food and beverage while serving as an ambassador for IRHG and embracing internal hospitality.

You will lead with servant leadership, foster a positive culture, and drive guest satisfaction across all hotel operations. Our team values heart, growth, and collaborative success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful managing full-service hotels.
• Experience in boutique hotel environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality.
• Assess, implement and manage service standards for consistent operations.
• Achieve financial objectives by budgeting, scheduling and analyzing variances.
• Create and carry out strategic objectives across recruitment, finance, legal, FOH/BOH.
• Forecast trends to control labor, COGs, food and beverage costs.
• Partner with Senior Leadership for a positive, collaborative environment.
• Lead by example and uphold health, safety and cleanliness.
