Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful experience managing full-service hotels.
• Ability to travel for training and conferences.
• Thrive in fast-paced boutique hotel environments.

• Strong problem resolution and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and F&B.
• Act as ambassador and servant leader for IRHG.
• Set guest experience tone and lead a respectful team.
• Forecast budgets, labor, and cost control.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to maintain a positive environment.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness across the property.
