Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Savannah, GA seeks a Hotel General Manager with 6+ years of full-service boutique hotel leadership to oversee front desk, housekeeping, rooms, and F&B, and to champion Internal Hospitality and servant leadership on property.

You will drive guest experiences, manage budgets, set service standards, and partner with the Senior Leadership Team to sustain growth, community engagement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of GM experience in full-service hotels.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and guest relations skills.
• Ability to lead a large, multi-department team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and F&B operations.
• Set service standards and ensure consistent procedures.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor variances with corrective actions.
• Lead by example, champion health, safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
