The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Hotel General Manager in Savannah, GA to lead a boutique full‑service property. You will oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and F&B, and partner with senior leadership to drive guest experience and financial performance.

We value internal hospitality, servant leadership, and a culture where our people come first. The role requires 6+ years in managing full‑service hotels, strong planning, communication, and a passion for community engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful managing full-service hotels.
• Willing to travel for training conferences and meetings.
• Thrives in fast-paced boutique hotel environments.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and core values.
• Strong problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent organization and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team.
• Oversee, maintain, and manage food and service quality.
• Assess and enforce service standards across operations.
• Achieve financial objectives by planning budgets and monitoring variances.
• Create and drive strategic objectives across FOH/BOH and finance.
• Forecast labor, COGs, food and beverage costs.
• Partner with Senior Leadership for a positive, collaborative environment.
• Lead by example in health, safety and cleanliness.
