Job summary

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage registrations and check-out, and provide outstanding service. You’ll coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring prior front desk or customer-facing experience, a strong knowledge of the local area, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of local area, services, attractions, and events.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and manage check-in/check-out with confidence and professionalism.
• Answer phones promptly with knowledge and helpful information.
• Run daily shift tasks and checklists (AM/PM/Overnight) accurately.
