CHANEL's Neiman Marcus Atlanta boutique seeks a dynamic Boutique Director to lead a high-performing team and serve as brand ambassador. The role focuses on delivering superior client service, coaching leaders, and surpassing targets while maintaining CHANEL’s prestigious standards.

The successful candidate will foster inclusion, manage leadership development, and partner with Home Office to devise growth strategies, ensuring a leading client experience at the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in luxury retail leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for all candidates.
• Strong client service orientation and people development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate boutique client experience, coaching staff to exceed targets.
• Develop and mentor boutique leadership and empower direct reports.
• Work with Home Office to devise strategies that grow sales.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and foster community partnerships.
• Drive a positive culture with feedback, inclusion, and teamwork.
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld.
