Job summary

CHANEL in Las Vegas seeks a Boutique Director to lead the boutique as brand ambassador and manager of a high-performing team. You will coach staff, drive superior client service, and partner with Home Office to achieve sales and strategic goals.

You will build a client-centric culture, develop leadership within the team, and represent CHANEL through local partnerships and events while maintaining boutique standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexibility with schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach boutique staff to deliver elevated client experience.
• Lead boutique leadership and empower the team to manage reports.
• Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with Home Office.
• Represent CHANEL and build client base through local partnerships and events.
• Support a culture of feedback, diversity and teamwork.
