CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Boutique Director for Neiman Marcus, Fashion Island. You will lead the boutique with a client-centric approach, coaching diverse leaders to deliver exceptional service and surpass performance targets.

You will cultivate a positive, inclusive culture, drive sales, and partner with Home Office on strategy. The role requires substantial in-store leadership, flexibility, and a strong passion for CHANEL heritage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs as part of in-store duties.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• In-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique as brand ambassador and ultimate owner of client experience.
• Coach and develop boutique leadership, empowering team to manage direct reports and responsibilities.
• Develop and achieve boutique sales goals in partnership with Home Office and leadership.
• Represent CHANEL in the market by building client relationships through partnerships and events.
