Job summary

CHANEL’s Topanga boutique is seeking a results‑driven Boutique Director to lead the team, nurture talent, and deliver exceptional client service while driving boutique performance. This role demands strategic coaching, people leadership, and a passion for CHANEL’s heritage and client experience.

You will build a high‑performing team, partner with Home Office, and represent CHANEL in the local community with discretion and a commitment to inclusion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Foster a positive working environment with feedback, diversity and teamwork.
• Act as leader of leaders and develop boutique leadership.
• Develop and achieve business goals with boutique team and Home Office.
• Lead with agility and resilience, improve using KPIs and lessons learned.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and grow the client base through events and partnerships.
