CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Director for the Neiman Marcus Atlanta location. You will lead and coach the boutique team, ensuring exceptional client service while driving sales performance. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in retail or luxury fashion leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to lift 15 lbs and work flexible hours.

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, diversity, respect and teamwork.
• Lead leaders, develop boutique leadership, and empower direct reports.
• Develop and achieve business goals with the team and Home Office to grow sales.
