Job summary

CHANEL Beverly Hills is seeking a Boutique Director to lead and coach the boutique team, acting as the brand ambassador and driving exceptional client service. The role focuses on developing leadership, achieving sales targets, and representing CHANEL through community partnerships and high-profile events.

You will foster a culture of inclusion, mentor leaders, and work closely with Home Office to devise strategic solutions that elevate the client experience while maintaining boutique standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related boutique/retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule.
• In-store presence required to coach teams and uphold boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, diversity, respect, and teamwork.
• Act as leader of leaders, developing boutique leadership and empowering direct reports.
• Develop and achieve business goals with boutique team and Home Office to increase sales.
• Lead with agility and resilience, using KPIs to drive improvement.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and grow the client base through community and events.
