CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Boutique Director to lead and brand-ambassador the Topanga boutique. You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive superior client service, and push the boutique to exceed performance targets.

The role emphasizes a client-centric environment and leadership development. You will partner with the Home Office to devise strategic sales solutions, empower leaders to manage their teams, and represent CHANEL through community events and partnerships.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Lead and develop boutique team to deliver superior client service.
