You will coach leaders, foster inclusion, and partner with Home Office to devise strategic solutions that increase sales, while ensuring boutique image and operational standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in luxury retail or boutique management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. and work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, diversity, respect, and teamwork.
• Develop boutique leadership and empower the team to manage reports and duties.
• Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with Home Office to increase sales.
• Lead with agility, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and grow the client base through community involvement.
