CHANEL in Washington, DC seeks a Manager, Client Development to lead a boutique team and elevate client experiences through hands-on coaching and proactive development of staff. You will partner with the Boutique Director to drive business results and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, client focus, and the ability to manage partnerships, with a flexible, collaborative approach in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury retail or client development.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the sales team on the selling floor to elevate client experiences.
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery.
• Lead and develop boutique team, reporting to Boutique Director with business insights.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and cultivate client base through partnerships and events.
