This role coaches on-floor performance, trains staff on CHANEL savoir-faire, product details, and service standards while partnering with the Boutique Director on business insights. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team to deliver elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
• Provide training on CHANEL savoir faire and product details.
• Lead team with agility and resilience, measure KPIs.
