Job summary

Attensi in Boston seeks a motivated Business Development Representative to establish and scale our outbound practice in the US. You will perform account research, identify target stakeholders and book qualified discovery meetings to create quality pipelines.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Enablement to refine messaging and outreach, setting the foundation for a high-performance Boston BDR culture from day one.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BDR/ SDR or similar B2B prospecting experience.
• Experience turning prospecting activity into meetings, pipeline or revenue.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct account research and identify the right stakeholders in target organizations.
• Execute outbound prospecting, test messaging, and book qualified discovery meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Ops to improve outbound campaigns.
