You’ll inspire a team, set the tone for the store, and ensure compliance with standards. This leadership role emphasizes growth, accountability, and building community within the neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead with ownership each shift as Manager On Duty.
• Oversee merchandising plan execution and store standards.
• Coach and develop associates and leads for growth.
• Partner with General Manager on performance and scheduling.
